N2 Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary, N2 Media, Inc., (N2) are pleased to announce that negotiations with CheckerKC, a major Midwestern taxi company, have successfully concluded resulting in an advertising agreement that will launch the initial deployment of Nōmad digital display technology for a metropolitan taxi fleet.

N2 Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary, N2 Media, Inc., (N2) are pleased to announce the City of Rohnert Park has decided to move forward with the company’s digital message center proposal after recently concluding an extensive competitive bidding process.

N2 Holdings, Inc. (N2) today announced an agreement has been reached to acquire Rocket Media Systems, LLC, a ten-year old Seattle-based outdoor advertising company focused on digital display deployments within out-of-home public venues. Under terms of a recently signed Letter of Intent, both parties seek to enter into final negotiation concluding with a binding transaction on or before January 31, 2011.
